MarkerListLayer与textLayer图层地图一进入渲染区域外的值无法显示 #160

当拖动过去后还是无法显示，如果缩放层级不管放大缩小就可以正常显示了，我想实现的是，拖动过去都是默认能显示的，找了api没有看到相关的，默认设置层级大小也不行

补充：打开官网例子改东西下左边中心然后也能复现

再次补充：在可视区范围内缩放层级可视区内的会显示，可视区外的不会显示
