What does this PR do?

NOT READY FOR REVIEW (Just not on draft so the docs action is triggered)

• Upload to the org the new card images. Create new dedicated images for each highlighted content.

• latest additions as cards
• most relevant content as cards
• taxonomy
• Remove learn and content?
• Blogs
• Talks
