Application Error on Azure web app after successful deployment #1293

I am getting below error after successful deployment on azure web app

:( Application Error
If you are the application administrator, you can access the diagnostic resources.

I have configured following environment variables in both Web app and GitHub repo,

MONGODB_URL
MONGODB_DB_NAME
MONGODB_DIRECT_CONNECTION
COOKIE_NAME
HF_TOKEN
HF_API_ROOT
OPENAI_API_KEY
