No Setup Deploy: Multiple models supported?

How can I make multiple models available on Chat UI using No Setup Deploy?

• I checked the full tutorial linked from the README.md, but couldn't find neither how to use multiple models nor a note about a limitation.
• I tried deploying one model and adding an .env.local to the deployment on my space, but the web interface threw an error when trying to commit .env.local due to potential secrets included in the file.
