Do not sanitize title

If enter <dialog> to title, it will be sanitized and disappeared from various displays such as update list on www.html5rocks.com, shared link on Twitter etc except canonical update page. But if enter <dialog>& to title, it will be displayed correctly in various displays including update list on www.html5rocks.com and shared links, but will be displayed as is on the canonical update page.

I think title will be managed by whitelisted people, so eliminating sanitization on canonical update page won't harm and should work the best.
