Product Stores Without Facilities Listed in Cycle Count App Settings.

Current behavior

In the Cycle Count App settings, product stores are displayed in the list even when no facility is associated with the product stores.

Expected behavior

Only product stores with at least one associated facility(non-virtual) should be displayed in the Cycle Count App settings. Product stores without related facilities should not appear in the list.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to the Cycle Count App settings.
2. Observe the list of product stores displayed.
3. Verify whether the listed product stores have associated facilities.
4. Note that product stores without facilities are still shown in the list.
