Localtool: Start tests with own Tests.Framework and Selenium dependency #6
Description
The localtool currently helds a dependency to the Tests.Framework project and to selenium. This should be changed to have the tests use their own dependencies. This allows different versions of testfiles using different version of framework and/or selenium versions.
