Feature request: Sticky notes that you can attach anywhere in or to a Portal blade

• In a real-life industrial control-panel you can attach sticky-notes directly to the panel to keep useful information.
• ...but we can't do that with control-panels on our screen for some reason.

• The extension could support sticky-notes that are attached to a single specific field/element - or be less-specific and attach the sticky-note to a field in all instances of a Portal blade.
• I assume storage would be within the extension itself (and so kept in-sync between different computers if using the same Google profile?) - but it could also store them within the user's configurd Portal/Cloud Shell storage account, so other people can see them too.
