How I got to ResFinder results:

sig assoc with resistance genes: Scoary output format
-- used geneIDs to get full gene presence absence info
sig assoc with resistance gene presence absence matrix
-- get unique protein sequences for each gene

hollygene moved this from In progress to Done in E_coli_AMR
