Use Case:

Ability to track down code paths, bugs, and user activity with concrete aggregation
More dynamic way of providing insights to a server or specific game mode

Requirements:

Framework for creating new metric tables by type with relative ease
System for sufficient storage and intermittent upload of metrics to an analytics engine (Elasticsearch or something like it)

Stretch Goals:

Custom aggregation and upload intervals (hourly, daily, weekly, etc)
