added logs to solana rpc calls: add logs to solana rpc calls #22

Test 1:
Retrying a failed drop 66d2aefb-15d9-418d-a973-dc6d7256d946 from project 8fa0c645-dc42-4c85-bea4-8332a846af30.

Event flow looks OK.

Fireblocks reports transaction completed

Solana RPC is failing due to error:

RPC response error -32002: Transaction simulation failed: Blockhash not found

Now retry drop is stuck at pending lol. even tho it failed
