現状は v0.x1 系列と v1.x 系列を別々に管理しているが、早晩コンフリクト祭りになることが予想される。

サービスワーカーのところと Manifest Version の切り替えだけをやればいいので、たぶんビルド時に extension/manifest.json をいじればうまくいくはず。
