Windows 10で "Open" しようとするとフォルダの選択ダイアログになる #5

のバージョンで使っていますが、"File" => "Open" (Ctrl + o) の際にファイル選択ダイアログではなくフォルダ選択ダイアログが表示されるため、ファイルが開けないようです。
