HSTS Preload List の登載状況を毎回調べるのがめんどいのでツールを作りたいねというのを思いつきました。

Chromium の HSTS list: ここを読めばよい
GitHub API で blame: GraphQL API を使えばいけるという情報あり (まだ試していない)

特定 commit の日付は https://api.github.com/repos/chromium/chromium/commits/[hash] を叩けば取れるぞい
