Independent community addon stack for Hiddify Manager — server-side routing, relay management, Telegram tooling

Hi,

I wanted to share an independent community project built on top of Hiddify Manager, in case some ideas or implementation details are useful for the community or future development.

The main focus is server-side traffic control and operational tooling:

• Server-side routing rules — admin-managed rules that route, proxy, or block domains, IPs, and CIDR ranges without requiring users to configure anything on their clients. Useful when users do not understand client-side routing and need sensible server-side defaults.
• Relay-node / upstream management — one server can act as both panel host and routing relay. Upstream nodes (VLESS, Trojan) are manageable from the panel UI. Routing can be switched between upstreams without touching config files.
• Upstream health probe — 60-second systemd timer that writes upstream reachability status to the panel DB, visible in the admin UI.
• Clean install / upgrade / smoke test / rollback scripts — tested on a clean VM with Hiddify Manager 12.0.0.
• Anti-sharing guard — optional IP-scoring-based detection with optional nftables enforcement.
• Telegram bot — user self-service (status, per-platform setup instructions, subscription link), admin notifications.
• Optional billing layer — tariff plans and payment integration, not the primary focus.

Everything installs on top of the standard Hiddify Manager as an overlay without maintaining a fork of the upstream repository. English and Russian documentation is included.
