Overlay Outputting when Tabbed Out

It only happens when I play in borderless windowed, mini-parse works in real time but the overlay only updates when I tab into something else like another window or ACT or even hit the start key.
When I put it in windowed mode the overlay updates the same time as mini-parse. I am running as admin and have tried reloading several times, also have tried deleting the cache folder. Please help :)
