Help regarding adding my portrait

Heyas! A few months ago, I was asked on PR #479 of the main OpenMoji repo to submit a portrait picture of myself in here for the contributors page. I apologize for the super-long delay, I've had a few busy months and I forgot about this, but better late than never.

I wanted to do the PR myself, but I'm having problems with NPM, so I would appreciate it if someone else could do it for me.

Here's the portrait of myself (I'm sure that the grid is not necessary, but I've added it anyway just in case; I hope that sending the SVG through here works!):

For the name add "Xavier Martinez", and if it's possible, with a link to my GitLab page (https://gitlab.com/XavizardKnight).
