Not reading / displaying all .json files

I created a backup for the whole workspace and started the viewer, but in all channels the messages end month ago, even if the .json files are present in the channel folders. There are no error messages - even in debug mode, there are no messages, but one:
ERROR:root:unable to find user in {

Has anybody an idea?
