[BUG] browse starter apps search by description containing periods #7

Describe the Bug
Browse starter apps search works by description works unless periods are contained. Such as A barebones Node.js app using Express 4 for the node getting started app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Test plan @ search fields coverage

Expected Behavior
Search would return getting started nodejs app by searching by it's description - A barebones Node.js app using Express 4.

Actual Behavior
Search returns no results.

Environment:

  • OS: macOS 15.2
  • VSCode v1.96.4
  • Extension Version: v0.0.1
