[BUG] add-on not appearing in resource explorer after provisioning #20

Describe the Bug
After I provision an add-on like heroku postgres, when I check the resource explorer tree under ADD-ONS, I only see Search Elements Marketplace, but no sign of my provisioned add-on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to search elements marketplace
  2. Install heroku postgres
  3. Check resource explorer tree under ADD-ONS.
  4. Confirm heroku postgres is not visible under ADD-ONS resource explorer tree

Expected Behavior
Add-on should be visible under resource explorer tree after provisioning

Actual Behavior
Add-on is not visible under resource explorer tree after provisioning

Environment:

  • OS: macOS 15.2
  • VSCode v1.96.4
  • Extension Version: v0.0.1
