[BUG] can't start dyno after stopping #18

Describe the Bug
After I stop my dyno, when I right click to start it again, the dropdown only shows Restart and Stop

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Test plan @ process state updates

Expected Behavior
Once dyno is stopped, when I right click the dropdown should only consist of Start.

Actual Behavior
When dyno is stopped, the dropdown shows Restart and Stop.

Environment:

  • OS: macOS 15.2
  • VSCode v1.96.4
  • Extension Version: v0.0.1
