Builder stuck installing on pnpm@latest-10

As the title describes, I recently upgraded to pnpm@10 and was not able to produce an image until I downgraded back to 9.x.

For example:

• Does pnpm@10 work for this project locally?
• Is there anything special about the workspace or dependencies involved?
• Is there a minimal reproduction you could share?
