Save the column filter in search fields

Whenever we search for something in the buffer or folder the latest search term is saved so that next time I hit space-/ I can just hit enter to go back to where I was.

In some cases I need to apply more advance filtering to find the list of items I'm looking for, particularly by using column filters. The search string might look like findme %path !test. However the %path !test is not saved for next time I want to apply my filter.

It would be a pretty nice enhancement to have this saved as well!
