Add ability to import a "Configuration" file

It seems as if .ReaperConfigZIp files are essentially .zip files. If would be cool to include this as a feature.

(Obviously configuration files have the potential to overwrite a number of settings in an irreversible way until the user also saves their configuration ahead of time. So some kind of warning would probably be a good idea.)
