Problems with "Incremental" mappings

I want to control Super8 via ReaLearn, using the modified template that was presented here.
One thing that I would like to have is a button that switches to the next source track (input track for the looper).
I want to separate Controller and Main Mappings, so that I can work with the same Main Mappings from different controllers (a small Midiplus X3 MIDI keyboard vs. a DSI OB6).
I need two different targets for this "switch to next source track" function:

• A Virtual Target "S8/Source" (because 2 times 10 main mappings work with this virtual source to mute/unmute the tracks etc.)
• A main mapping parameter "P1 Source Track" (because it is used for Dynamic Track selection for Pan and Volume changes)

I encounter various obstacles, and enclose two minimal project files that reproduce this.

—> Controller Mapping „Virtual“ does not trigger (?)
