Hi there, I’ve not installed PT2 yet but I have a question. I have audio clips that don’t end on the bar line - think a pad with long release, or a reverb tail. Does PT have a way to trigger a new clip on the track, but also let the original clip finish playing? Ableton doesn’t because it is limited to a single audio clip at a time per track. Reaper of course doesn’t have this limitation. So I’m hoping that PT will let me trigger an audio clip but let the current clip “ring out.” Thanks |

That was quick… watched the vid, and columns have “non-exclusive mode” as an option. So… YES! Also, reading comparison to Ableton live it says there are “multi clips”, multiple clips in one slot. Super cool - thank you! |
