F-list Rising Launching But Window Won't Show Up

I can launch f-list rising, it shows up on my task bar, the window preview shows up when I hover over the icon if it is running, but if I clock on the icon on the task bar, the window won't pop up, like it doesn't exist. I have tried cascading all windows, clicking on it multiple times, reinstalling and relaunching and restarting my computer, but the window won't show up. I'm on Windows 10.

Can you go to your locally stored data folder and delete window.json from the data/ folder and then restart?

Usually this solves it.
