File upload box falls off screen when scrolling #50

Steps to reproduce the issue

Attempt to upload a file to a community.
Scroll down when the upload modal appears.
Modal will fall off screen and doesnt come back until a page refresh

Fix was just merged in PR #51 - please try and confirm this resolves the issue.
