In Chromium there seems to be an issue in the formatting of RTL languages where the statistics line is shifted to the right causing the Twitter link-icon to disappear.

Arabic and Farsi are affcted

What version Chromium do you have?

Version 59.0.3071.109 (Developer Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit)

Despie the name, it's from the standard distro's repository:
59.0.3071.109-0ubuntu0.14.04.1188 (trusty-updates)
