[bug] header and chat on login #69

currently the right side header is defined within the Chat component but not rendered on the default view

the chat input is still displayed on the default view but it is not expected to

also there is currently no relationship between the left side header and right side header

probably some message should display on the right body if there are no conversations available for this user
