upload run-fourmolu action to GitHub Marketplace

I just released a new version of this run-fourmolu Action (https://github.com/haskell-actions/run-fourmolu/releases/tag/v11), and on the screen where I can edit the release, there is an option to publish the Action to the GitHub Marketplace:

However, it is greyed-out for me, and it is asking for the haskell-actions organization admin to accept some sort of agreement in order to publish the Action to the GitHub Marketplace.

I imagine we do want to accept this agreement, but I'm not sure who is an organization admin. Maybe @brandonchinn178 or @andreasabel would be able to accept this agreement?
