This is probably also very easy to do using a CircleCI job.

I think I have access to the Cloudfront distribution that sits behind perun.io — let me know if you'd like to get access or if there's another way I can help.

GitHub Actions might be best but I was able to get this working for my site using .circleci. https://github.com/eccentric-j/idle-parens/blob/master/.circleci/config.yml hope this helps.
