Terraform CLI and Provider Versions

0.12.1 is fine.

Error form Terraform:

Error: Failed to install provider

│ file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.

Terraform Configuration

N/A, no provider configuration / provider block used.

Expected Behavior

Windows defender does not report the provider as malware.

Actual Behavior

Windows defender treats the provider as malware.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. terraform apply with any resource from the "time" provider
