Upgrade TheGraph Node to Latest version

Problem

Currently HederaTheGraph has been tested and has proven to work with version v0.29.0
https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-the-graph/blob/main/charts/hedera-the-graph-node/values.yaml#L41

And current version is 0.35

Solution

Update chart to use 0.35 and also update production deployments with latests versions incrementally to test that everything continues to index as expected.

Deployments (check after production deployment upgrade has been successful)

• previewnet
• testnet
• mainnet

Alternatives

Use 0.34.1 or another version to avoid finding latest bugs that might be present on new version, however the latest version already has a couple of months since it was released.
