Restart hub necessary after Homey restart

After Homey is restarted, mqtt hub won't work or not al devices are broadcasted.
After I restart mqtt hub everything is OK.

Is this normal?
Is there a way to delay mqtt hub to be started?

Just saw this comment right now.
You can use a workadound with a flow:

1. Take over the HA online state in a variable
   That prevents app restarte on every topic update.
   

2. If the state changes (offline>online), the restart the MQTT Hub.
   

This brings your devices online again after a HA restart.

On Homey restart you can start a flow and restart the Hub with a delay.
Homey restart trigger and app restart actions are shown after activating the Homey Experiments in Homey settings.
