Make it possible to select QoS and Retain when publishing messages #95

Problem:

  • When my Mqtt Broker goes down or gets rebooted, it loses the last state on all topics. Part of the home automation do then not function until I manually republish the state of all devices.

Cause:

  • This is probably because (as far as I can see) messages are published with QoS 0 and are not retained.

Possible Solution:

  • Make it possible to specify the connection parameters around QoS and Retaining of messages. This way I can ensure that the last message is kept and I am not dependent on the order that publishers and subscribers are connection to the mqtt broker.
