WANTED: a smarter bruteforce blocker plugin

I see a lot of bruteforce SMTP attempts against my Haraka MTAs. I would like a bruteforce plugin that lets me block attempts in clever[TM] ways.

1. When an AUTH failure is made from an IP address more than 4,000km away (where I have no users), look up the ASN of the IP address and add every IP block in the ASN to the firewall bruteforce table.
2. For repeated AUTH failures from other IPs, add the /24 of the IPv4 address to the bruteforce table
