Hello, when running the DMA analysis, few DMRs and the following message appear:
In est.prior .BSseq.logN(X, N):
The coverages are too low. Cannot get good estimations of prior. Use arbitrary prior N(-3,1). How can I resolve this? Thank you very much in advance

This is fine. Just a warning message. You can’t do much about this, it’s caused by the data (low coverage).
