Gene annotation problem

Get dmr and dml through DSS. What software can be used for subsequent gene annotation.Can the author recommend it? Thank you

What exactly do you mean by "gene annotation"? Find the genes associated with the DMR? I usually use bioconductor to do it, with a combination of GenomicRanges and GenomicFeatures packages. I believe there are other online tools for that too.
