[Bug] Error in detecting pinch

[herocharge]

"Draw" is triggered even when the person is not using the pinch gesture.

To Reproduce
Show your palm(slightly slacked) and rotate it 90 degrees or more along the vertical axis.

Expected behavior
Nothing should happen.

Additional context
When viewed through the camera the thumb and index finger appear to be close like a pinch and is being interpreted that way but in reality they are far apart in the other dimension(the axis into and out of screen). Just shaking my hand makes it draw.
