Notes extension spec

* toolbar button
* popup window (notes/folders overview)
* right-click menu entry: "copy to notes"

Icons: from old Opera: - notes toolbar button, single note default icon, folder icon

Popup window has folder tre and edit pane
 * Triangle to open/close
 * Focus outline
 * keyboard navigation: up/down to select note, left/right to open/collapse folders, tab to edit, shift-tab to leave editor and return to folder tree, enter (on web-page associated note) to go to URL, delete to move to trash / delete, ctrl+n for new note, ctrl-shift-n for new folder ?
