Hi @jiangling007,
Do you have access to this GitHub git repository? If you can clone the repository, then please try doing the following to install PlantUML Eclipse plug-ins.

  1. Git clone the gh-pages git branch of this repo to a local directory, e.g. /user/some_user/plantuml4eclipse:
    branch git clone -b gh-pages [email protected]:hallvard/plantuml.git
  2. Open your Eclipse IDE
  3. Open the menu Help -> Install New Software...
  4. In the new dialog, enter a repository name e.g. "PlantUML for Eclipse local" and click on the Add... button
  5. Then click on the Local... button
  6. Now select the path that you used in step 1, e.g. /user/some_user/plantuml4eclipse
  7. Now select the software to be installed, something lik…
