Description

Create a new page/component to handle variant views which take a URL parameter to perform VEP API requests, retrieve gene scores, and compute the final score.

Tasks

  • Develop a VariantView.vue component.
  • Implement functionality to take URL parameters and use them for VEP API requests.
  • Create logic to calculate the final score based on the gene score.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The component correctly processes URL parameters.
  • VEP API requests are successfully made and gene scores are retrieved.
  • Final scores are accurately computed and displayed.
