In my seafile library, I have two files whose names differ (e.g. a.pdf and A.pdf). They are uploaded without error, and appear as two different files in the web interface.
However, when I sync this library to another computer, I get an error "Path has character case conflict with existing file or folder. Will not be downloaded".
I understand that this is the correct behaviour for Windows and macOS, but both my computers are running Linux and so I expect there should be no issues syncing these files in this case.
It looks like this check and error message was added in #2748, but it applies on all OS's, not just Windows and macOS.
