Overview

We need to set up all the necessary documents and outline all the Google Drive folders for the Download a Project to a CSV file Usability Testing, so that the resources needed to complete the research are accessible and can be attached to all relevant Download a Project to a CSV file issues. This will ensure a smooth research process.

Details

Research on downloading a project to a CSV file, will need to include both with and without (download all) filters applied to ensure users understand the process as it currently is designed.

Action Items

  • Create the following folder structure in the TDM UX Research Google Drive (check off items in list as you complete folder creation):

      • RP006: Documentation
  • Utilizing the existing templates in the Google Drive, create and adjust the names of the following documents:

    • Decisions Folder:
      • Decision Record Outline Template
    • Prerequisites Folder:
      • RP006: Research Plan
      • RP006: Research Instructions
    • Recruitment Folder:
      • RP006: Blank TDM Participant Tracker
      • RP006: Participant Tracker - De-Identified
      • RP006: Recruitment Message
    • Interview Folder:
      • RP006: Download a Project to a CSV file Testing Script
      • RP006: Interview Process Guide
      • RP006: Download a Project to a CSV file Testing Interview Q&A
    • Results Folder:
      • RP005: TDM Download a Project to a CSV file Presentation
  • Create all the tasks for the Download a Project to a CSV file Research process and link from the EPIC EPIC: Download Project to CSV File Usability Testing #1664

  • Link all created documents to this issue in the "Resources gathered during the completion of this issue" section.
