Overview

We need to identify about 15 guides to be used by participants in the gather examples pilot program and clean them up so they're ready for use.

Action Items

  • Discuss which CoPs issues should come from
  • Pick ideal candidates from Guide Audit spreadsheet to be used for the pilot
  • Updating Guide Issues #131
  • Migrate issues to new project board

Decided to limit guides to just Product CoP to avoid issues of mismatch between volunteers and the guides available (ex. if we had 5 product guides and 5 ui/ux guides but 3 product volunteers and 7 ui/ux volunteers)

At our meeting Friday 9/15 we created a new column in the guide audit spreadsheet and identified which issues would make good candidates for the pilot. Additionally, bonnie has a list from the product management wiki that we picked a few from.

Next step is to cross reference the two and begin migrating guides over or creating new issues.

Issues have been cross-referenced. The only one without a pre-existing issue that was identified from the PM wiki was about size labels. An issue has been created for that here: hackforla/knowledgebase-content#1
