Filters: Add more time and date filters (e.g. "8am-11am", "Evenings", "Weekend", "Mon and Wed")

Overview

We recently added the ability to filter to "Open Now" and to a specific time (i.e. 8:00am). However, those filters are limited if one is available for longer stretches of time.

To make it easier to find when pantries are open that coincides with the food-seeker's schedule, let's make it easier for them to select date and time ranges.

Use case:

"I have to drop off my kids and pick them up, so I'm only available between 10 and 2pm"

"I work during the day so I need something in the evening"

"I work in a restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday, so I can only go on Monday and Tuesday"

Proposed changes

(it'd be nice to include all of these)

• A filter that lets you filter all results to "Evenings" (many people work during the daytime, which is when pantries are also open, so finding a night pantry can be difficult). (Morning (6am-noon), Afternoon (noon-6pm), Evening (6pm-6am) via a drop-down menus)

• A filter that lets you select days of the week (i.e. M, Tu, Sa, Su only) via checkboxes

• A filter that lets you select a start and end time (i.e. 9am-11am — which might be after I drop off my kid at school but before my work shift starts) (via dropdown menus or system UI time picker)

These could all be added in the existing filter UI, right where the time filters are.
