Overview

Coming out of https://github.com/orgs/hackforla/projects/77/views/7?pane=issue&itemId=67505242&issue=hackforla%7Cexpunge-assist%7C1173, we need to finalize a graphic that represents the expungement process. The graphic will be used for the EA site post-Launch Prep, the Wiki, and internally.
