Introduction

Why VRMS?

The Volunteer Relationship Management System (VRMS) exists to improve the operational effectiveness of Hack for LA as the organization transforms its inputs into pro-social software and volunteer professional development.

The primary function of VRMS is to provide a check-in and on-boarding system for both Hack Night Events and remote project team meetings that will allow brigades to engage with their attendees and provide a more fulfilling volunteer experience.

• Organizers will be able to see detailed information about their events and attendees
• Volunteers will check-in and answer simple questions related to their professional experience and desired role
• Fundraisers will be provided with detailed KPI's to present to potential donors
