Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many members or external people have requests to the board or leadership.
This could for example be because pang or members need access to the workshop.
Could also be to ask for access to communication channels.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a dashboard for new notifications. It should be possible to filter by member requests and external requests.
It should be a new model which contain information about the request like:

  • user from
  • to group
  • optional extra content
  • title
  • optional type (could be used to filter on access to workshop / communication channel / github / google drive)
  • if the request is marked as resolved from the group

Should be easily accessible from the home page

Since the request is given to a group, the leader and second in command should be able to see the request.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Could also send an email as a notification to the people who have received a request. As long as the information is easily accessible, a member will often see new requests. Email is therefore probably not neccassary.
Could also connect the request to a list of members, but that would require the requester to remember who are in which group. If a single person needs a request, that could be done through a slack message.

Could also be a list of approvers to each request.
Perhaps it should be possible to choose if the request is to the whole group or just the leadership..
